Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has often left his fans in awe of him with his adorable posts for his wife Mira Rajput. As his lady love turned a year older on September 7, the actor took to his verified social media handle and shared a happy yet unseen picture of the couple. Along with the photo, Shahid also wrote a love-filled note for Mira.
Interestingly, in the photo, the Jab We Met actor appears dancing happily with Mira while the latter is smiling ear-to-ear. Mira dons a yellow kurta. Meanwhile, Shahid can be seen clad in a white shirt teamed up with black trousers and Mira's dupatta worn over the neck. Starting his note with the birthday wish, Kapoor writes, ‘Happy birthday my lover’. He further adds, “May we dance through life’s ups and downs together. Hand in hand with a smile on the face and a twinkle in the eyes”, followed by two heart emoticons.

Kapoor and Rajput got married in July 2015. The duo took wedding vows in a private wedding ceremony in Delhi in the presence of close friends and family members. Just after a year of weeding, the couple welcomed their first child, Misha. On August 5, 2018, they were blessed with their second child, a baby boy Zain.
On the professional front, the 41-year-old actor was last seen in Jersey, a Hindi remake of a Telugu-language film of the same name. The Gowtam Tinnanuri directorial also featured Mrunal Thakur in a pivotal role. As of now, the actor has not announced any new project.
