Ever since the makers of Chup: The Revenge of The Artist dropped the trailer, the film has created a buzz among moviegoers. The subject of the upcoming psycho-thriller has given chills to the audience, and a section of them can’t wait for it to release on the big screen. Amid all the buzz, filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has recently watched the film and shared his review of the same. For the unversed, the R Balki directorial also features Mahesh’s actor-daughter Pooja Bhatt in a pivotal character.
Interestingly, Pooja Bhatt took to her verified social media handle and shared three images featuring Mahesh Bhatt. While the first two images captured the poster of Chup in the backdrop, in the third image the veteran director-producer can be seen appreciating Balki. In the caption, Pooja wrote, ‘So the man who has never remained #Chup about his life nor about other burning issues & taught me to do the same no matter what it cost, watched the film with the cast & crew yesterday’.
The actress further added, ‘His verdict- “Loved,loved simply loved the film. It has audacity & stands tall all alone. That’s why it sparkles. I am a Balki fan now. This is his best film”’.
Talking about the film, Chup is slated to release on September 23, 2022. Shreya Dhanwanthary will also essay an important role in the film. Before the release of the film, the makers organised a free public viewing of the Dulquer Salmaan and Sunny Deol starrer on September 20 in ten Indian cities.
